Terms of Service

• Prices are shown before checkout. Texas sales tax is added at checkout.
• Party orders (anything booked through our party planner, including pavilion rentals) include a mandatory 18% gratuity for your party team, shown as its own line before you pay. Any additional tip is optional.
• A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. Bookings made within our short-notice window are requests until we approve them and you complete payment.
• Please give us an accurate guest count so we can provide enough seating.

Party cancellations, rescheduling, and weather are covered by our Cancellation & Weather Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

• Every guest must be covered by a signed liability waiver. A parent or guardian signs for minors in their group.
• No outside food or drinks, except cakes and cupcakes for parties.
• Staff may close attractions (such as the train or jumping pillow) at any time for safety or weather.
• Dogs are welcome on a leash; please clean up after them.
• Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid ID.

• Tickets and passes are tied to the order number and QR code in your confirmation email. Keep it private — whoever presents it may check in.
• Online food orders are prepared by our on-site vendors for pickup during park hours.

Promo codes apply only where stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or limited at any time.

We may photograph or film general park activity for our website and social media. Let staff know if you prefer not to be featured.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
