Cancellation & Weather Policy

• 7 or more days before your party: Cancel for a full refund of payments made, or reschedule to an available date.
• Less than 7 days before your party: No standard cash refund. You may reschedule once, with 100% of payments transferred to an available date within 12 months, if requested before the final 24 hours.
• Within 24 hours or no-show: No refund or rescheduling credit for reasons other than qualifying weather or a venue closure. Management may make exceptions for emergencies.

A chance of rain in the forecast does not automatically cancel a party. We assess expected conditions for your actual party time as the date approaches. Light rain may still allow parties to continue safely.

• Qualifying weather: If significant rain or severe weather is expected during your party, contact us within 24 hours before it begins. Once The Playground confirms the conditions, choose a one-time rain check with 100% of payments applied to an available party date within 12 months, or a refund of payments made less a 10% booking fee.
• If we close the venue: If The Playground closes for unsafe weather before your party begins, choose a full refund or a one-time reschedule with 100% of payments applied to an available date within 12 months.

We may close the train or jumping pillow when rain, lightning, wind, wet ground, slippery surfaces, or other conditions make them unsafe, even if the venue stays open. An attraction closure alone does not cancel or refund a party.

If the train cannot run during your party, any included train tickets can be exchanged for either train rain-check tickets for a future visit or ice cream tickets to enjoy during the party. A jumping pillow closure does not by itself create a party refund.

If your party goes ahead and weather changes afterward, the party is not refundable. We will close attractions as needed for safety and offer the train-ticket choices above when applicable.
