• Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number when you book a party or pavilion, buy tickets, order food, sign a waiver, join our concert list, or send us a message.
• Party details — date, time, party size, the guest of honor's name, age, and favorite color, menu choices, and any notes you give us.
• Waiver information — the signer's name and contact details, the names and dates of birth of minor children listed on the waiver, and the time, IP address, and device/browser used to sign.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Square. Your full card number goes directly to Square and is never stored on our systems; we keep only a payment reference and the amount.

• To confirm, manage, and deliver your booking, tickets, or food order, and to send receipts, confirmations, and reminders.
• To contact you about your reservation — for example, weather changes or questions about your party.
• To keep a record of signed liability waivers.
• To text you when a food order is ready (only when you place one).
• To send concert and event announcements, only if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the park and this website, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Square — payment processing and refunds.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for bookings, orders, and waivers.
• Resend — sending confirmation and notification emails.
• Twilio — sending text messages (food-order and staff alerts).
• Google Calendar — our internal staff calendar of party and pavilion bookings.
• Netlify — website hosting.
• Food vendors on site — your name, phone, and order details when you order food from them.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your cart and whether you've dismissed a promotion, and a login cookie for staff accounts only.

We keep booking and order records as long as needed for business, tax, and accounting purposes. Signed waivers are kept for as long as they may be needed for legal or insurance purposes.

This website is intended for adults. Information about children (such as a birthday child's name and age, or minors listed on a waiver) is provided by a parent or guardian and used only for that party or waiver.

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your information, or to stop sending you event announcements, by emailing info@playgroundniederwald.com or calling (512) 537-7554. Some records (such as payment records and signed waivers) may need to be kept where the law allows or requires it.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
